Welcome to Breathe Easy Darlington

Our aim is to support residents of Darlington, Teesside , North Yorkshire and County Durham living with respiratory or lung conditions, and together with their family and carers, enable a better quality of life to live well with respiratory ill health.

Breathe Easy Darlington was started in 2009, and is managed by volunteers who have some form of lung disease themselves; so we understand your needs.

On this website you will find details of all our regular activities, as well as any up and coming ‘special’ events, contact details and how to join. Membership is FREE, with a warm and friendly welcome always awaiting new members. We encourage you to peruse the site and complete the Application Form at 'Apply Today'.  All our respiratory exercise classes, yoga,  singing and walking sports sessions are free of charge to members, having been fully funded for the forseeable future.

We look forward to receiving your application which, when authorised, will give you access to our Private Facebook page and allow us to welcome you to the group.
