Our aim is to support residents of Darlington, Teesside , North Yorkshire and County Durham with any respiratory or lung disease, together with their family and carers, and enable them to manage their condition to be able to live well with respiratory ill health.
Breathe Easy Darlington was started by and is run by volunteers who have some form of lung disease(s) themselves; so we understand your needs.
On this website you will find details of all our regular activities, as well as any up and coming ‘special’ events, contact details and how to join. Membership is FREE, with a warm and friendly welcome always awaiting new members. We encourage you to peruse the site and complete (fully) the appropriate Application Form at 'Apply Today'. It's a good time to join us now as all our respiratory exercise classes, yoga, and singing sessions are free of charge to members, having been funded by the National Lottery Community Fund until June 2024.
